ORDER PROCESSING


Your order will be processed in a timely fashion upon placement, and an authorization may be taken on your credit card for the amount of the order. For your protection as well as ours, we thoroughly screen every order for possible fraud. This may include a phone call to the telephone number on file with your credit card issuer to verify the order.

The majority of products will be shipped within three (3) business days. If for any reason we cannot ship your order within this time, we will contact you using the contact information you supplied on your order, and an ETA will be communicated accordingly.

Please note that all orders over $500 will require an adult signature upon delivery.


WARRANTY


All original manufacturer warranties apply. We offer absolutely no warranties, implied or otherwise, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or application. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage, or personal injury damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law. DEFECTIVE returns are to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair under the manufacturer's warranty policies. Manufacturer restrictions do apply.


RETURN POLICY FOR SPECIAL ORDER / BUILD TO SUIT ITEMS


Products identified as "special order" or “build to suit” items are not returnable. Additionally, orders for "special order" or "build to suit" items may not be returned under any circumstances once your order has been accepted. Other exclusions or conditions may apply to "special order" or “build to suit" items; please read the product description and our policies carefully. “Special order” or “build to suit” items include the following but not limited to, turbo chargers/kits, super chargers/kits, big brake kits, exterior body parts (hoods, bumpers, side skirts, wings/spoilers, front/rear lips, front/rear diffusers, trunk lids), seats, wheels, and any other item labeled as such on our website.

All special order items may require full upfront payment or a non-refundable deposit of up to 50%. This will not be refunded even if the order is canceled before the product is shipped. You will be notified by e-mail prior to processing if your item is a special order unless the item falls under the categories listed above or is marked as such on our website. If the order requires e-mail notification of special order status a form or customer response by e-mail must be returned to verify your knowledge of the item being a special order before it will be processed.


RETURN POLICY


You have fifteen (15) days from the date of shipment to return an item. After an RMA (Return Request) has been created, customers will have an additional 15 days to ensure the item is received by Works Concepts, after which no returns will be accepted. All returns are subject to a restock fee of 25% unless specified otherwise.

To return or exchange a part that is unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and is in original undamaged packaging please do the following:

  • Call our customer service department 310-273-3005 or Email at info@worksconcepts.com and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required for all returned merchandise; without one, there may be a long delay in processing your return. Your email must contain the following information:
    • Your order number (very important!)
    • Your name and address
    • A telephone number where you can be reached during business hours
    • The item you would like to return
    • A detailed description of the problem
    • If possible, photographs of the damaged item
    • A request for either an exchange or a refund
  • Once you receive your RMA number, please store it for future reference.
  • Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, warranty cards, and any attachments. All parts must be complete, uninstalled, and undamaged. Disassembled, damaged, previously installed, and custom parts cannot be returned. Additionally, if a part has been altered in any way, the sale is final, and the item cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Put the RMA number on the shipping label and ship the item to the address you received with your RMA number via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. No packages will be accepted without a RMA number clearly visible. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
  • If we shipped you a wrong item, we will exchange it at no cost. A restock fee does not apply when incorrectly shipped merchandise is returned. To expedite the process ship the item back to us right away. Additionally, we offer a rapid exchange program where we charge your credit card for the replacement item and ship it to you immediately. We then refund your card when we receive the original item in good condition. After 15 days, all sales are considered final, and there can be no refunds or exchanges.
  • DEFECTIVE returns are to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair under the manufacturer's warranty policies. Please see information listed in the warranty section above.

Any credits will be issued by check or by a credit card account credit by Works Concepts Inc. within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise. All shipping expenses are non-refundable.


REFUNDS


Your credit card will be refunded (less any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges) within fifteen (15) business days of receiving your returned merchandise. In the event of cancellation your credit card will be refunded (less any applicable restocking fees) within fifteen (15) business days after we receive confirmation of cancellation when a third party supplier is involved. Please note that your credit card issuer may take additional time to return the funds to your account.


PRICING POLICY

 

We will beat anyone's advertised price subject to the conditions below.

1. All price inquiries must be done prior to an order being placed. No adjustments will be made to prior orders.
2. This policy applies to all business listings including PowerSellers on eBay with fixed price and store listings.
3. All businesses must have a commercial address and phone number displayed on their website or listing.
4. This policy does not apply to private seller listings or auction style eBay listings from personal or business accounts.
5. All parts except Tein, Koyo, and HKS/Greddy BOV products on eBay are fair game.  We do not price match on these due to the problem with counterfeit products.
6. All price inquiries over $100 must be compared with a total price that includes shipping.

 

FREE SHIPPING

 

All orders over $100 ship for free except some body kits, wheels, and large interior and exterior parts like roll cages and chassis braces. Please contact us on these parts to receive a shipping quote. Free ground shipping only applies to orders going to the lower 48 states. Please contact us on all orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all international destinations.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

 

Works Concepts will have your product shipped to you using the best method available to suit your specific needs. We are proud to offer services by UPS, FedEx, USPS, and various Freight carriers. You may have the option of next day, second day, or ground shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order. If your package has a large size-to-weight ratio, your package may be billed at dimensional weight rather than actual weight. We reserve the right to ship any alternative way that meets of exceeds the customer's delivery needs. For example we can subsitute UPS ground for FedEx ground service or vice versa. All international orders are shipped using the most economical method available from UPS, FedEx, and USPS based on destination.

Note: Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. According to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover regulations, Works Concepts Inc. is not allowed to ship product to an address that is not on file with the credit card holder's bank. This address can be either the customer's billing address or an authorized ship-to address.

An order is considered shipped as soon as it is verified that the product is in stock and the order has been processed. A shipped order is subject to all the return/cancellation policies laid out below. There will be a charge of $20.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused, along with ordinary return policy and shipping costs, including all original shipping cost incurred by Works Concepts Inc.

All refused or unclaimed international shipments will be charged a mandatory 25% restocking fee in addition to all original shipping costs incurred by Works Concepts Inc. The customer is responsible for paying any and all fees, duties, or taxes related to the shipment. Works Concepts Inc will not be held responsible for any customs delays or holds.

Important Notes:

On all credit card purchases, the BILLING and SHIPPING addresses must be on file with the bank/credit card company. It is the customer's responsibility to call and add alternate shipping addresses with their credit card company. Works Concepts Inc. recommends that this be done before placing the order. Orders that do not fill this requirement will be delayed or will not ship.

US and Canadian customers choosing PayPal as their method of payment must have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS. Works Concepts Inc. will not ship to any address other than your confirmed address. Failure to provide a confirmed address will delay your order, and/or possibly result in cancelation of that order.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Cancellations are not accepted through E-mail, Fax or Voice-Mail Message. You must speak directly to a sales representative to have your order cancellation confirmed. All orders are considered final upon placement. Merely requesting a cancellation DOES NOT cancel an order unless confirmed by Works Concepts Inc. Works Concepts Inc. reserves the right to take up to 72 hours to confirm a cancellation.

All cancellations are subject to a 7% processing fee. Some specialty items are not returnable/refundable/cancelable under any circumstances. Please see RETURN POLICY FOR SPECIAL ORDER / BUILD TO SUIT ITEMS.

If you request cancellation of your order and we are able to stop shipment when a third party supplier is involved, you will be charged a processing and handling fee of 10% of the total order cost. After we confirm your cancellation request, your payment will be refunded within fifteen (15) business days if shipped directly from Works Concepts, Inc. or within fifteen (15) business days after we receive confirmation of successful cancellation when a third party supplier is involved. Special exclusions apply to "special order" and build to suit items. See below for important details.

If you cancel your order after it has shipped, please see our return policy above since a restocking fee of 25% may apply. The 25% restocking fee is mandatory with all canceled international orders if the order has shipped. Additionally, unless you are returning an item because of a Works Concepts processing error, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us via insured ground service. Your payment will be refunded once we receive the product in good condition. "Special Order" and "Build to Suit" items are non returnable. See terms and conditions for important details.

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

 

We ship all orders securely packed in sturdy packaging. However, from time to time, items may be damaged in transit. Therefore, you must inspect your shipment for damage before accepting it. If damage is evident, be sure to open the box and thoroughly inspect your item prior to accepting the shipment. If you discover shipping damage after you have accepted delivery save the merchandise AND the original packaging. Notify us immediately. You will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

 

USE DISCLAIMER

 

All products sold by Works Concepts Inc. are intended for off-road and/or show use only. Additionally, many products are not for use on pollution-controlled vehicles. Check your local laws for any applicable use restrictions.

 

ITEMS SHIPPED VIA FREIGHT CARRIER

 

We strongly recommend that oversize items (such as hoods, body kits, fenders, etc.) originally shipped via freight carrier be returned via Works Concepts preferred freight carrier. If you must return such an item, please contact customer service and we will make arrangements for your item to be picked up.
